Full kitchen and bathrooms, Small stage area, Hall can accommodate approximately 100 guests

You have a window of 8 hours for your function (example: 3:00-11:00 p.m.) which includes set up and clean up. If additional hours are needed, $50 each additional hour. Items cannot be brought into the building before your scheduled time begins. No alcohol (includes beer and wine) is allowed in the building.

The Church Council has approved the following policy:

  1. $150 deposit is due at signing of application/booking (cash only)
  2. $600 due 7 days prior to event. (cash only)
  3. $250 security deposit (included in #2 above) will be refunded in full by cash to contact person on contract if facility is cleaned and left as it was found, or pro-rated depending on condition within 7 days.
  4. If any use of alcohol (includes beer and wine) is found, the entire security deposit is forfeited.
We have about 15 (long rectangle shape) tables for your use in the Fellowship Hall. You can fit either 6 or 8 (if you use the ends) at each table. They use the plastic tablecloths you can purchase at the party stores. You need to supply plastic garbage bags. All bags are placed in the cans located outside the kitchen door. No refuse can be put in the cans without being in a plastic bag. We also recycle and the custodian will go over all of this with you when he opens up the building on the day of your function. You will be responsible for your own set up and clean up and the custodian will show you where the clean-up supplies (broom/mop/floor cleaner, etc.) are.
