In the wake of the violence in Las Vegas, we will gather in solidarity, support and non-violence.

Friday, October 6, 2017 at 5:00 PM at Church Street Plaza (on the corner of Bloomfield and S. Fullerton Aves.)

Join us for an Interfaith Non-Violent Vigil in response to the recent shootings in Las Vegas, NV.

We will have brief reflections from interfaith leaders and we will close with a silent candle lighting ceremony and witness. We will respect holidays and observances happening at the same time particularly for our Jewish and Muslim friends and make space within our witness to observe and honor their practices.

Please contact Rev. Anya at Would you like to speak? Would you like to help? Will you invite your community? What do you need to hear, feel, see?

This Sunday we'll hold our October FIRST SUNDAY BLAST!

Special music at 10:15AM service • Breakfast following worship • Special stewardship project

Our new organist, Pam Momyer (Moe-Meyer) has scheduled a flautist for our Worship, and the Choir has worked up a spritely anthem! We'll collect money for a special offering towards the Puerto Rico relief efforts. Our Director of Evangelism, Amanda Mita will coordinate the Sunday brunch. We hope to see you this week at First Lutheran Church, where diversity is celebrated!
